Most common repairs range from $95 to $350, depending on the issue (springs, cables, rollers, opener, tracks). We provide upfront pricing after a quick inspection. All service requests include a call-out fee of $149. No hidden charges.

Technicians typically arrive within 1–2 hours for emergency service, which includes the emergency call-out fee. For regular service, we are happy to schedule an appointment, usually within 1–2 days.

You likely need new springs if: the door feels heavy the opener struggles you hear a loud “bang” the door won’t stay open Spring replacement should be done only by a trained technician, as it’s dangerous.

We service garage door openers as well. Most models can be repaired, provided replacement parts are available or the model is still on the market. If a model has been discontinued and parts are unavailable, replacement is the only option. In some cases, repairing a garage door may cost more than replacing it, so we always choose the most cost-efficient solution for our customers.

Most repairs take 30–90 minutes, depending on the problem. Spring replacements usually take under an hour.

We provide a limited warranty on repairs and extended coverage on new installations. Manufacturer warranties range from 5 to 10 years, depending on the model.

If your door is: older than 10-15 years heavily damaged noisy or inefficient — replacement is usually more cost-effective. We can provide recommendations during an on-site inspection.

We cover the entire Seattle metro, including Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Tacoma, Renton, Kent, Lynnwood, Everett, and nearby locations.

Standard doors can be installed the same week. Custom or insulated models may take 4-10 weeks for production.
